The All Blacks have been welcomed to Twickenham with a rousing waiata and haka by a local Maori group in London.

All Blacks players, led by Anton Lienert-Brown and Ngani Laumape, then responded with a hongi to one of the group's leaders.

The All Blacks play the first match of their northern tour at Twickenham on Sunday morning, against a Robbie Deans and Scott Robertson coached Barbarians side that includes 11 New Zealand players, including Julian Savea and Richie Mo'unga.

The All Blacks side will be named at 5pm tonight.
