'We have belief' – Taranaki star Seta Tamanivalu on Ranfurly Shield triumph

Taranaki centre Seta Tamanivalu is crediting his teammates, after fighting back from 31-7 down against Canterbury to claim the Ranfurly Shield 55-43 in Christchurch last night.

Tamanivalu got the ball rolling in Taranaki's incredible fight back, scoring his side's first try of the match with an intercept to run away and score.

Speaking at Christchurch Airport this morning, the star was humble about his team's achievement.

"We have belief, we just play for each other," he said.

"We know we have a good team, and the brothers can pick it up."
