A tense audio recording of the Las Vegas SWAT team as they were about to burst into the Las Vegas shooter's hotel room has been released.
Poised in the hallway of the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel, where shooter Stephen Paddock had opened fire upon a country-music festival below, one SWAT member is heard urging caution over his radio.

"We have sight on the suspect's door. I need for everybody in that hallway to be aware of it and get back," the officer said.
"We need to pop this and see if we can get any type of response from this guy."
"See if he's in here or if he's actually moved somewhere else."
The dulled sound of an explosion is then followed by the orders: "Breach, breach, breach".
The gunman, Paddock, was found dead in his room by the SWAT team, along with 10 rifles.
