The All Blacks have defeated the Wallabies 50-19 in the first Bledisloe Cup Test match, extending their historic Eden Park unbeaten record to 54 Tests.

The home side came into the Test match after a 3-1 series loss in South Africa, and the Wallabies were unbeaten under new coach Les Kiss.

All Blacks head coach Dave Rennie had named Damian McKenzie to start at 10 with Beauden Barrett at fullback, after injuries earlier in the week to Ruben Love and Richie Mo'unga.
