Torpedo7 has issued an urgent recall over a camping extension cord it says may have been wired backwards during production.
The recall applied to the Torpedo7 Camp Extension Lead 15m, with the barcode 9420078951911, sold at Torpedo7 and The Outlet between January 15, 2025 and July 10, 2026.
"The extension lead may have been incorrectly wired during manufacture, with the wiring terminals connected in reverse," the retailer said.
"This can cause the electrical circuit to fail and may result in the fuse blowing when the product is used."
Customers with the affected extension lead were advised to stop using it immediately, and return it to the store where it was purchased for a full refund.
