One person has died following an incident at a workplace in Aucklan'ds Ōtāhuhu last night.
Emergency services responded to a report of a person seriously injured at an address on Portage Road, Ōtāhuhu around 10.30pm.

"One person was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene," a police spokesperson said.
St John said it sent two rapid response units, one ambulance, and one road manager to the scene.

Fire and Emergency New Zealand said a crew from Ōtāhuhu provided assistance to St John staff.
WorkSafe have been advised of the death.
