UK television star Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he has been diagnosed with cancer.
The 66-year-old shared the news in episode 7 of the Amazon Prime series Clarkson's Farm – which is into its fifth season.
Speaking about an upcoming harvest on his farm, Clarkson told farm workers Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland that he would not be on hand to help this year.
"What, are you going away? Cooper enquires.
"Yep. I've got cancer," Clarkson confesses.
Clarkson did not disclose where the cancer was in his body.

He revealed that he has known about the "aggressive" cancer since May, when he had a previous medical incident.
"But, it's really early. So the treatment would be... you know.
"Praying we can get the harvest done. Then I can go get the treatment, but it's going to be smack bang in the middle [of the harvest]," he said, holding back tears.
He said he would begin treatment in about two or three weeks, and then be "out for a while".
The farmers wish him a speedy recovery after digesting the news.
"I wasn't thrilled," he added, before promising: "I'll be fine."
The former Top Gear star had teased the news in a video posted on X before the episode aired, describing the usually light-hearted and funny episode as "a difficult watch".
Clarkson said: “Got some good news and some sombre news."
He said the positive news was that the farm's beer and cider brand Hawkstone, "has finally had an advert accepted and it will be shown just before kick-off in the England match tomorrow evening".
"Sombre news, Clarkson's Farm. Ordinarily we try to keep the show charming and cheerful. But the final two episodes which drop in the middle of the night tonight are none of those things really. They're a difficult watch. They're really really difficult."
Earlier this year, Clarkson revealed he'd previously been close to having a heart attack before seeking urgent medical attention. In October 2024, he underwent life-saving heart surgery to have two stents fitted.
