Police want to identify a man after a pedestrian was seriously injured in a Taupō crash yesterday.
Emergency services were called to Taharepa Road at 3.15pm yesterday after a "crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian".
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police were investigating the crash and wanted to speak with a man, sharing a photo of him.
"We believe he can assist in our investigation."
Anyone who recognised him was asked to call the police on 105.
