Four people have been injured, two seriously, after a collision between a bus and two cars in a central Auckland suburb.
The crash on Jervois Rd in Ponsonby was reported to police at 3.56pm on Thursday.
St John said it responded with three ambulances and two rapid response vehicles.
Crews assessed four patients at the scene, with two taken to Auckland City Hospital in a serious condition and one in a moderate condition.

Auckland Transport said it was aware of the incident but couldn't provide any further detail.
Police said Jervois Rd remained open, but traffic was slow as they worked to clear the scene.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area and expect delays.
