A vehicle is being sought by police after a robbery at a service station in Napier early yesterday morning.
Police were called to the Z on Tennyson and Station Streets after four males entered the service station at around 1.15am Wednesday and took cash from the tills.
"The males have threatened staff and taken cash tills and fled in a vehicle," Sergeant Lee-Ann Grant said.
"No one was harmed during the incident; however those involved will be referred to Victim Support services."
The vehicle the offenders fled in was a blue Mazda Familia station wagon and is now being sought by police.
"If you have witnessed the incident, have knowledge of the vehicle’s whereabouts, or have dashcam, mobile phone or CCTV footage, please get in touch," Grant said.
Those with information were asked to call 105.
