A 19-year-old has been charged with murder after a woman was found dead at a Canterbury property in the early hours of this morning.
Emergency responders were called to the Burnham address at around 3.05am after a report of disorder.
When they arrived at the Burnham School Rd property, officers found a woman had died.

A homicide investigation was launched, and a person was arrested.
This afternoon, police said a 19-year-old man had been charged with murder and two counts of assault in a family relationship.
He was due to appear in the Christchurch District Court this afternoon.
A scene examination remained ongoing, with cordons in place at the scene.
