Two people were injured in an aggravated robbery in Auckland's New Lynn overnight.
At around 12.30am, three offenders entered the Nikau Street address in Auckland and assaulted a person.
Another person at the address has confronted the offenders, and one of them has assaulted him with what was believed to be a knife, Detective Senior Sergeant Megan Goldie said.
Both victims suffered moderate to minor injuries, police said.
The offenders have then fled in a vehicle prior to police arrival.
A number of inquiries are underway to identify and locate those responsible.
