Person dies following crash in north Auckland

One person has died following a serious crash in Auckland's Dairy Flat yesterday.

Emergency services were called to the two-vehicle crash on Pine Valley Rd just before 1pm.

"The road was closed but reopened at around 5pm," a police spokesperson said.

The serious crash unit attended and inquiries into the circumstances of the crash were ongoing.
