Thousands of ANZ customers are reporting they are unable to access the bank's app and website this afternoon.
According to outage tracking site DownDetector, reports of service disruptions began around 2.30pm.
Users attempting to log in received an error message stating the app was "temporarily unavailable".
"Please hang tight, or come back later, while we fix this for you," the message reads.
ANZ said some customers were currently experiencing intermittent issues logging into goMoney and Internet Banking.
"We apologise for the inconvenience; the team are working to resolve this as quickly as possible," a spokesperson said.
"Those needing to make an urgent payment can call our Contact Centre on 0800 296 269."
The team was currently receiving a "higher number of calls", the spokesperson added, apologising for the inconvenience.
ATMs, EFTPOS, and PayWave were all working with account balances and fund were not impacted.
