Halfback Luke Metcalf will miss the rest of the Warriors season while fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad is out for four weeks after both suffered knee injuries in Saturday's match against the Broncos in Brisbane.
The Warriors said scans confirmed the 26-year-old had ruptured his right anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) when he was tackled by Brisbane's Brendan Piakura in the 67th minute.
Piakura's tackle was placed on report but he was not charged by the NRL match review committee.
Metcalf had enjoyed a breakout season, scoring eight tries and notching nine assists in 15 games this season.
A timeline on surgery was yet to be determined.
Nicoll-Klokstad was also treated for a knee injury after a tackle by Brisbane's Gehamat Shibasaki on halftime.
He came out for the second half but was replaced in the opening minute with scans revealing he has a moderate lateral collateral ligament (LCL) sprain in his left knee.
He was expected to be available again for the round 21 match against the Titans on July 26.
It's another major injury blow for the Warriors as they have their third and final bye of the season this week and return to the field on July 13 to face the Wests Tigers.
Winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak suffered an ankle injury against the Penrith Panthers earlier this month.
He avoided surgery on the ankle, but was expected to miss 4-6 weeks in recovery.
Warriors co-captain Mitch Barnett also suffered a season-ending rupture of the ACL a month ago.
