1 Possible sighting of Tom Phillips and children camouflaged alongside highway
Police said a member of the public reported four people dressed in camouflage sitting in a layby on State Highway 4, south of Te Kuiti on Sunday at around 8.30am.
"The group was comprised of an adult, believed to be a man, and three other people, two of which were described as children," a police spokesperson said.
"Police are now working to establish whether this is a credible sighting and are working to rule out other possible scenarios."

5 Fergburger apologises for 'inappropriate' labelling on customer receipt
A photograph of a receipt from the popular Queenstown burger bar, dated for Sunday, was posted to social media on Monday by a Taiwanese tourist.
The poster alleged their friend did not give their name to the server who then identified them on the receipt as a racial slur.
Fergburger released a public statement following the post: "We take this matter extremely seriously and are committed to ensuring that no customer experiences such behaviour again."
ONE OCR RATE INCOMING
TSB and BNZ both cut some of their mortgage rates ahead of the widely-expected lowering of the official cash rate tomorrow.
TSB Bank cut its one-year fixed home loan rate to 5.35% from today — a lower advertised rate than all the major banks.
BNZ also announced a cut to its advertised 6-month fixed home loan rate, lowering it to 5.89% per annum from tomorrow.
ONE MAJOR DRUG BUST
Customs said the estimated 101kg of cocaine seized at Auckland International Airport over the weekend is believed to be the largest bust of its kind.
Officers identified bags of interest arriving on a Hawaiian Airlines flight on February 15. On examination, 85 bricks of a substance wrapped in black film and a clear plastic wrapping were found, testing positive for cocaine.
The cocaine was estimated to have a street value of NZ$35.4 million.
