Homicide investigation launched after woman's death in Blenheim

A homicide investigation has been launched after a woman's death in Blenheim.

In a statement, a police spokesperson said the woman was found dead at a property on Muller Rd at about 8.30am yesterday.

"A 55-year-old man is due to appear in the Blenheim District Court today, charged with murder," the spokesperson said.

"Police are not seeking anyone further in relation to this incident."
