Person dies in single-vehicle crash at Hamilton intersection

One person has died after a single-vehicle crash at a Hamilton intersection this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the scene between Galloway and Albert streets around 12.15pm, police said.

One person died at the scene.

The serious crash unit has been advised and inquires into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
