Two seriously injured after two-vehicle crash in Hastings

Two people have been seriously injured following a two-vehicle crash in Hastings this evening.

Emergency services were called to Matahorua Rd in Tutira around 6.15pm today.

"Two people are reported to be in a serious condition," police said.

"The serious crash unit has been advised."

The road is closed, and motorists are being asked to take an alternate route.
