A stowaway rodent caused a passenger jet flight from Oslo to Malaga to be diverted yesterday.
The SAS Scandinavian Airlines flight was anything but routine, as stunned passengers reportedly witnessed a mouse jump out from a food tray that had just been served by a flight attendant and scurry off down the plane's cabin.
Travel website Paddle Your Own Kanoo reported that the captain soon alerted passengers the flight with 180 passengers onboard would have to be diverted to Copenhagen so the plane could be inspected.
Local news station NRK confirmed a mouse had been spotted onboard flight SK4683 with an SAS Scandinavian Airlines spokesperson.
They reportedly explained how it was "normal procedure" to land a plane immediately so it could be inspected.
Passengers were later put on a replacement flight and made it to their destination without their stowaway.
