A child has died after being struck by a car on a Waikato driveway.
Emergency services responded to the incident on Te Putu St, Taupiri on Saturday at around 12pm.
The child was found in a critical condition and CPR was commenced.
"Sadly, the child was unable to be revived and died at the scene," a police spokesperson said.
The serious crash unit conducted a scene examination and inquiries into the circumstances of the crash were ongoing.
