Armed police have blocked off a street in south Auckland this morning as they carry out a pre-planned search warrant at a residential address.
Police and ambulance are currently in attendance at Stewart Place in Ōtara.
"There is no ongoing risk to the public in relation to this search warrant or these inquiries," a spokesperson said.
"Police are unable to comment further while this is ongoing."

Footage captured by 1News shows armed police at the scene and a man being taken into custody.
