Police are making inquiries after a person was found dead at an address in Ruakākā this afternoon.
A spokesperson said police were notified of an incident on Karawai St at around 1.19pm on Monday.
"An investigation into the circumstances of the death is underway and at this stage it is being treated as unexplained.
"Further information will be provided when we are in a position to do so."
