Your morning Olympics catch-up on the action you might've missed from overnight, and a look behind the scenes at what's going on in Paris.
Djokovic clocks tennis
In one of the most incredible best-of-three-sets matches you're likely to see, Novak Djokovic completed the career golden slam by beating Carlos Alcaraz at Roland-Garros.
The 7-6, 7-6 victory saw both players produce incredible, high-quality tennis.
Djokovic was as emotional as he's ever been after a victory, sinking to his knees on the clay and trembling with tears.
It was an astonishing performance, considering he missed the French Open to have surgery on his knee and lost to Alcaraz at Wimbledon last month.
Lush mullet ready to light up velodrome
New Zealand starts its track cycling campaign in the next 24 hours – headlined by four-time Olympian and this year's opening ceremony flagbearer Aaron Gate.
The veteran arrives in Paris in some form, set to feature in the team pursuit, madison and omnium.
And he's got he's kept his good luck charm; his mullet.
"There was some chat about the aerodynamic compromise of the mullet but my wife was pretty adamant it had to remain, 'cause any possible trimming might be zapping crucial power stores.
"So we'll go in guns blazing with the mullet and see where we land," he said.
Hard day in the office for women's road cyclists
Kim Cadzow and Niamh Fisher-Black have finished 56th and 31st respectively in the Olympic road race today.
It was a race of high drama particularly for Fisher-Black who was plagued by mechanical issues to do with change of gears, losing crucial spots in the peloton having been in the hunt nearing halfway.
"This is a huge mistake, like I said, the mechanics have so much pressure on them," said race commentators.
