One seriously injured in two-vehicle crash in central Auckland

One person has been seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash in Auckland's Mount Eden this evening.

Police said the crash on Dominion Rd was reported just after 7.40pm on Sunday.

The road has been closed between View Rd and Lisnoe Rd, a spokesperson said.

"Motorists are advised to avoid the area and expect delays."

The serious crash unit has been notified.
