A police car has been "significantly damaged" after crashing on the Fairfield Bridge in Hamilton early Tuesday morning.
Officers were responding to a sighting of a stolen car at around 12.25am, police said in a statement to 1News.
One of the officers in the vehicle suffered an arm injury, while another officer was uninjured.
"The police car was significantly damaged."
Wet weather was believed to have been a factor in the crash.
