A man reported missing yesterday in Auckland has been found.

Police have located a man reported missing yesterday from Auckland's One Tree Hill area.

Yesterday his family and police had concern for his welfare, when he was last seen walking along Tawa Rd in One Tree Hill around 11am.

A police spokesperson said in an update this morning the man had since been located "safe and well".

"We thank the members of the public who contacted us with information," they said.
