A small group of thieves made off with stolen goods after ram raiding a store in central Auckland in the early hours of this morning.
Police received reports of a small group attempting to gain entry to a store on Upland Rd, Remuera around 1.30am on Saturday.
"After attempts to smash their way in, a vehicle was used to gain entry," said a spokesperson.
"Items were taken, and the group left in the vehicle."
The vehicle was located abandoned a short distance from the scene.
