Flights to and from Auckland Airport are facing delays and cancellations amid fog restrictions this evening.
Ten domestic departing flights and four domestic arriving flights have been cancelled due to fog, Air New Zealand said in an update this evening.
Main trunk domestic flights have also been impacted, with three flights from Christchurch, one flight from Wellington, and one flight from Queenstown being delayed.
International flights have not been affected.
It comes as 45 regional flights were cancelled and 44 delayed this morning.
The restrictions were first put in place at 2.40am.

Passengers were urged to check passengers Auckland Airport's website or app for flight arrival and departure information.
On X, MetService said it was a "foggy morning for some".
"Light winds are forecast and with the sun being very low in the sky the fog will likely take a while to clear today."
