A child pedestrian has sustained moderate injuries after a incident involving a car on Auckland's Ponsonby Rd.
Police were called to the scene at 4.11pm.
"The pedestrian, a child, has sustained moderate injuries in the incident," said police.
"Police are making inquiries into what has occurred, and there are no road closures to advise of at this time."
Yesterday, it was reported a child pedestrian was in critical condition after a crash in Canterbury.

Emergency responders were called to the scene in Rolleston at around 3.15pm.
A police spokesperson said the crash "involved a vehicle and a pedestrian on Rolleston Dr near Kidman St."
Another pedestrian, a young person, was also seriously injured after a crash in Palmerston North last evening.
