'Awesome': Orca delight onlookers in Napier

Orca have been cruising the Napier coastline today, delighting those lucky enough to see them.

What appeared to be a mother and her calf came meters from the shoreline as people flocked to the coast to catch a glimpse.

Hawke's Bay man Dion Riley told 1News it was the most beautiful sight.

“Was awesome, one of the natural wonders of Napier, they often come along the coast this time of year.”
