The wife of missing TV and radio presenter Dr Michael Mosley has said "we will not lose hope" as the search continues on the Greek island of Symi.
The 67-year-old went missing after setting off for a walk on Wednesday (local time) while on holiday on the eastern Aegean island, a popular destination for hikers.
It comes as new CCTV footage of a man believed to be Mosley was seen by BBC News.
Dr Bailey Mosley said in her statement: "It has been three days since Michael left the beach to go for a walk. The longest and most unbearable days for myself and my children.
"The search is ongoing and our family are so incredibly grateful to the people of Symi, the Greek authorities and the British Consulate who are working tirelessly to help find Michael."
The couple's four children have also arrived on Symi to aid in the search.
Mosley went missing after leaving his wife on Agios Nikolaos beach at around 1.30pm on Wednesday (local time).
His wife later reported Mosley, who did not have his mobile phone with him, missing.
The new CCTV footage shows the man, believed to be Mosley, walking with an umbrella next to the marina in the village of Pedi.
He was seen heading towards a mountainous path that would have added three hours to the 20-minute walk he was first thought to have set out on.
An unnamed police officer told BBC News the new footage showed the man "in good form" and "walking steadily".
Greek authorities have shifted their search efforts to this part of the island.
UK media reported firefighters are probing a cave system known to locals as "the abyss".
The network consists of dozens of tunnels that can quickly fill up with seawater.
