A young girl's delightful reaction to meeting King Charles and Queen Camilla has been captured on camera at D-Day commemorations in France.
The pair were in Normandy, along with French President Emmanuel Macron and the First Lady Brigitte Macron, at the British Normandy Memorial in Ver-sur-Mer.
It was the King's first overseas trip since his cancer diagnosis.

Photos snapped by Getty show a young fan meeting the dignitaries, and her wonderful reaction.

At one point she was seen holding on tight to the Queen as the King observed a boy saluting.
Queen Camilla and Brigitte Macron laid flowers near the memorial wall as part of the commemorations.
The royals also met veterans.
It's the 80th anniversary of the June 6, 1944, D-Day invasion of Nazi-occupied France.
