Name release of man who died in Te Kūiti crash

Police have released the name of a man who died following a crash in Te Kūiti on May 25.

He was 69-year-old Leonard Iti, of Te Kūiti.

The crash occurred on Lawrence St at about 1.15pm.

It was reported at the time that a motorcyclist was critically injured and died after the crash.

"An investigation into the circumstances of the crash remains ongoing," said police.
