1News has viewed documents filed in the US District Court in California, which named Sir John, alongside 21 others.

2 'No sign of life' at crash site of Iran president's helicopter

Iranian state television says there is“no sign of life” seen at the crash site of a helicopter that was carrying President Ebrahim Raisi and others.

The site was across a steep valley and rescuers had yet to reach it, state media reported.

As the sun rises in the region, rescuers saw the helicopter from a distance of some 2km, the head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society, Pir Hossein Kolivand, told state media.

A man has been arrested by police after allegedly receiving more than 50 blocks of chocolate stolen from an Auckland supermarket last week.

Officers seized the Whittaker's chocolate after carrying out a search at a central Auckland convenience store on Friday, Inspector Grant Tetzlaff said.

4 Cold and flu meds with pseudoephedrine now back on the shelves

A slew of cold and flu medicines containing pseudoephedrine are back on the shelves after the Government lifted a decade-long ban on the ingredient.

The medicines are prescription-free, however, will need to be bought after consultation with a pharmacist as they are still classed as a restricted medicine.

Several products produced under medication brands, including Nurofen, Codral, Sudafed, Demazin, and Chemists' Own, have been approved by Medsafe.
