An investigation into migrant exploitation allegations linked to Green MP Darleen Tana has entered its ninth week with no new updates, according to her party.
The first-term MP was suspended from her caucus and stood aside from Parliament when the allegations emerged publicly in March.
A spokesperson for the Green Party told 1News today that there remained no new update on the "independently-led investigation".
"After the investigation began further information came to light, which has led to the investigation taking longer," the spokesperson said in a statement.
"There is currently no update to the independently led investigation.

"The independent investigation began after it came to the Green Party’s attention that Darleen may have had some prior knowledge of the allegations against her and we want to understand what Darleen knew, and when."
In early April, Green Party co-leader Marama Davidson said the investigation had been expected to take around a month — having begun on March 14. Speaking to The Hui, she suggested the investigation hadn't been delayed and that it was "winding down".
"The investigation was always going to be robust and careful, to make sure it does what it needs to do, which is talk to the right people," she said.
"We don't apologise for the investigation taking too long."

Davidson added in April: "The investigation was always going to take about a month.
"It's winding down, it's been talking to people. People have been interviewed.
"That's just being pulled together in the recommendations and findings of the report - that's happening right now. So, we know we're coming towards the end of that independent investigation."
The claims of migrant exploitation at a business owned by her husband were first reported by Stuff.
In an interview with 1News in March, the party leader said the allegations were "serious".
"We have long stood for protecting migrant workers," she added.
"We always ask candidates to declare anything that might bring the party into disrepute ... this wasn't declared."
