The 31-year-old suspect - who police allege pulled a gun from a shoulder bag and fired shots during an incident on Sunday night - was earlier pictured in surveillance camera footage released by authorities.

One person was killed in the shooting. Police say the wanted man is "extremely dangerous" and urge the public to call 111 if they see him.
