A Facebook Marketplace meetup in Perth allegedly led to a man who uses a wheelchair being stabbed.
Police were called to the Thornlie property at around 10.55am on Sunday, 9News reports.
A Western Australia police spokesperson said the incident unfolded after "a woman had attended the residence, and after a short conversation at the front door, she forced her way inside the residence armed with a bladed weapon".
They said a man suffered a stab wound injury to his neck during a struggle with the woman and "became separated from his wheelchair".
Police said a woman in her 50s, the man's partner, was also injured in the alleged attack.
A second intruder, armed with a pick axe, had also entered the home, followed by a third intruder.
Investigators believe the incident was a Facebook Marketplace deal gone wrong — with the intruders reportedly stealing a drone.
A search for the offenders has now been launched.
"The female offender is described as being olive-skinned, about 20 years old, of medium height and build, with shoulder-length black hair," police said.
"At the time of the incident, she was wearing blue jeans, a brown and white striped long-sleeved shirt and a black cap with a motif or writing on the front.
"The woman was in company with two men, who are both described as being olive-skinned and of medium build and height."
