KiwiBank users are reporting outages with the bank this afternoon, with one user claiming neither his credit card nor an ATM were working.
Speaking to 1News, a KiwiBank spokesperson said the technical problems began yesterday.
"The issue lasted from around 12.30pm to 2.15pm. Unfortunately, as of late this afternoon, we again had some issues with KiwiBank cards declining for a short period of time.
"This has now been resolved, however customers may see some irregularities with their card balances and transaction history currently.
"Our teams are currently working to resolve this. We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience this has caused them."
