Former All Blacks coach Ian Foster, who has recently signed a contract to assist Sir Steve Hansen at Toyota Verblitz, will lead a rugby World XV team to take on France in June.
Montpellier head coach Patrice Collazo will join him as assistant coach.
The match will take place on June 22 at San Mames Stadium in Bilbao, Spain.
Foster’s last job was coaching the All Blacks to the final of the World Cup in Paris last November which finished in a 12-11 victory for South Africa.
Foster coached alongside Hansen at the All Blacks from 2012 until 2019, after which Foster was head coach during a rocky period that finished in him being replaced by Scott Robertson before the World Cup, despite him taking their reigns at the tournament.
Meanwhile, former All Blacks skills consultant Andrew Strawbridge will join England as an assistant coach and coaching adviser ahead of their tour of Japan and New Zealand in June and July.
The 59-year-old has been appointed to a permanent role after coming in on a temporary basis as a skills consultant in January. He will work under head coach Steve Borthwick and will likely form an important part of the team that tours here for two Tests in July.
"His extensive coaching experience in Super Rugby and the international arena, as well as his expertise in player development, complements our existing coaching group well," Borthwick said in a statement.
Strawbridge, a former Chiefs coach, said he had been impressed with England's desire to grow and compete during his time with the squad in the Six Nations.
"I am immensely proud to be involved in the England coaching group and look forward to playing a part in helping the team achieve its goals."
