Police release name of man who died in South Waikato crash

Police have released the name of a man who died in a crash in Tapapa, South Waikato last Wednesday.

He was 36-year-old James Burt of Putaruru, South Waikato.

The crash occurred on the evening of April 3 at around 7pm.

"Police extend our condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time," police said.

Inquiries into the circumstances of the crash remain ongoing.
