British rock band Idles is set to tour their latest album, Tangk, in New Zealand next year.
The band has announced a one-off show at Auckland's Town Hall on Thursday, January 16, 2025.
The outspoken UK band known for hits such as Mother and Dany Nedelko said the "righteous and vibrant" fifth album radiates a "radical sense of defiant empowerment".
"TANGK is a love album—open to anyone who requires something to shout out loud in order to fend off any encroaching sense of the void, now or forever," the band said in a statement.
Idles lit up Spark Arena last year in June during their tour of Australia and New Zealand.
Pre-sales for the show were due to open at 12pm tomorrow, with tickets on sale at 1pm, Tuesday, April 9.
