Netball New Zealand will make an announcement on the Silver Ferns coach tomorrow, and it appears Dame Noeline Taurua will stay in the role.
In a rare move, the governing body, in consultation with Dame Noeline, made the call to make the role contestable in February.
It's unclear how many applicants Netball NZ received, but Dame Noeline reapplied and it's believed she's been reappointed to lead the Ferns again.
She has been coach of the New Zealand side since 2018, with the peak of her tenure being the 2019 World Cup victory.
The Ferns are currently ranked second in the world but have had some disappointing recent results, including missing the medals at last year's World Cup in South Africa.
