Family concerned for missing teen, last seen carrying Nike bag

Family of a missing young Whangārei man are worried for his wellbeing after he was last seen at home on Monday.

Police were now appealing to the public for help to find Charles Peita, 19, who has been reported missing.

"Charles was last seen on March 4 at his home in Otangarei just after midday," a police statement said.

"He is described as about 180cm tall with black hair and brown eyes and was carrying a Nike bag. Police and Charles’ family are concerned for his wellbeing."

People with information were urged to call 105, citing file number 240307/0486, or could be provided anonymously via Crime Stoppers.
