Part of State Highway 1 northbound near Wellington has re-opened after a crash saw a vehicle roll.

Waka Kotahi NZTA said just before 10am the highway has re-opened to northbound traffic between Glenside and Tawa. Southbound lanes remained open during the incident.

Wellington Free Ambulance said one person was taken to Wellington Hospital in a moderate condition.
