Kiwi boxer David Nyika will fight on the undercard of the Tyson Fury v Oleksandr Usyk heavyweight title fight in Saudi Arabia next month.
The 28-year-old confirmed the news last night, with his opponent still to be confirmed.
"Storm's coming," he captioned his post on Instagram.
Nyika is a two-time Commonwealth Games champion and Olympic bronze medallist.
He has an 8-0 record since turning professional in 2021, including seven by knockout.
His latest victory was a third round TKO against fellow Kiwi Robert Berridge in Queensland in November.
The undercard is set to be headlined by Australian Jai Opetaia taking on ex-world champion Mairis Briedis, as he seeks to regain the IBF world title he vacated last year.
Other fights include Fury's cousin Isaac Lowe up against Afghanistan's Hasibullah Ahmadi, an all-Britain clash between Wales’ Joe Cordina and Northern Ireland’s Anthony Cacace, while Russian Sergey Kovalev will meet Sweden’s Robin Safar.
Opponents have yet to be confirmed for Uzbekistan’s Bakhodir Jalolov and England-based Moses Itauma.
