Revellers strip off for Santa run in Budapest

Around 100 people have braved near-freezing conditions in Budapest to take part in an annual "naked" Santa run in the Hungarian capital.

Participants ran through the city centre, stopping along the way to sing and dance, many in red swimsuits and Santa hats.

The annual 3.5km event has been held for 20 years, suspended once in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic.

Entry fees are donated to charity Better Childhood.
