Three people have been injured after a single-vehicle crash in Central Otago overnight.

The crash on Omakau-Chatto Creek Rd, between Flume and Corrigall roads, was reported to police at about 2.10am.

Police said one person received critical injuries, while another was seriously injured. A third person received moderate injuries.

"Two rescue helicopters attended," a police spokesperson said.

"Investigations are ongoing."
