An Italian town was left stunned as an escaped circus lion roamed the streets for hours before being caught.
"Mamma mia!" a woman can be heard exclaiming in video of the incident.
The BBC reports Kimba spent more than five hours loose in Ladispoli, casually strolling through the seaside community.
It's not known at this stage how Kimba got out. The search was difficult and he managed to escape multiple capture attempts.
Finally, he was caught, sedated and returned.
Nobody was hurt in the incident.
Circus owner Rony Vassallo said the lion is back at the circus and doing well.
