Comedian Jerry Seinfeld bringing show to NZ

Comedian Jerry Seinfeld will perform two shows in New Zealand next year.

He will appear in Auckland on June 24 and Christchurch two days later.

Seinfeld's last show in New Zealand was in 2017.

"I am very excited to return to New Zealand, for my first ever performance in Christchurch, and to see more of such a beautiful country," the 69-year-old said.

Together with Larry David, he helped created Seinfeld, one of television's most successful comedy shows.

Tickets to the Auckland show will be available from Ticketmaster, and Christchurch Ticketek. Tickets go on sale next Friday.
